Q: What are the rooms like?
A: All rooms are double occupancy. Each room has two beds, two dressers, two closets,
two desks and one window. Rooms are not air conditioned and it is recommended that
campers bring a window fan with them to camp. For a sample floor plan click on the
web site housing link.
Q: My child has more than one friend he/she would like to room with. Can you
accommodate this?
A: All our rooms are double occupancy and no more than two campers are permitted to
live in each room. However, we can certainly assign friends to adjoining rooms and
are happy to do so.
Q: What forms are required?

Q: My child has a conflict during the week of camp (swim meet, baseball practice, etc.)
can she/he be temporarily excused from camp?
A: Yes. We know how busy kids and families are these days and we will accommodate
your schedule as best we can. Please note however that any camper who is checking
out of camp must have his/her parents sign a permission slip and notify the camp
Director when leaving and returning.
Q: My child has a conflict and cannot check in until Sunday night/Monday morning. Is
this acceptable?
A: Yes. Please let us know approximately when you plan on arriving so we know to
expect you.
Q: My Child plays both on the field and in the goal. Can he/she do both at this camp?
A: Yes. We often encourage children to experience as much of the game as possible and
this includes playing a variety of positions.
Q: This will be my child's first "Away Camp" experience. How do you handle issues
such as homesickness?
A: Every residential camp has campers who struggle with being away from home for the
first time. Our staff is experienced in dealing with these types of issues but will always
defer to the wishes of the parents. We realize that the first time away from home can be
tough for both parents and children and generally we try and encourage the child to
remain at camp. Sometimes however, it's just too difficult for the child and a night at
home becomes necessary. We will try and be as flexible and accommodating as
possible however we cannot refund anything other than the unused portion of the room
and board should a camper decide to leave camp early.
Q: My child takes medication. Can one of the staff members help supervise this?
A: Yes. While some children take their own medication, many do not. Our athletic
trainers can assist your child with their medication if you deem this necessary. Simply
let the trainer know what needs to be done when you check in and we'll be happy to
assist you. Be assured that our staff is discrete and will always respect your child's
confidentiality.
